1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Budget Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AI Budget Planner is a paid service that uses artificial intelligence to analyze your income and expenses and generate personalized savings plans. The service is available through a monthly subscription or pay-per-use credit packs.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Monthly Subscription ($9.99/month): Provides up to 100 budget analyses per billing period. Automatically renews until canceled.
  • Credit Pack ($4.99): Provides 10 budget analyses. Credits do not expire.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refunds

If the AI analysis fails due to a service error, credits used will be automatically refunded. Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

6. Disclaimer

AI Budget Planner provides AI-generated financial suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the analysis. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
  • Share your account with others

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Budget Planner and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial losses resulting from following AI-generated suggestions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
